Limited Warranty

PMMI Electronics warrants its electronics to the original purchaser to be free from defective materials and workmanship. If malfunction occurs, unit will be repaired or replaced at the option of PMMI Electronics without charge for materials or labor if delivered prepaid to PMMI Electronics within the warranty period.

Warranty does not extend to finish, appearance items, or malfunction due to abuse, accident, misuse, negligence, or operation under other than specified conditions.

Unless otherwise stated, the period of this warranty covers one year on parts and one year on labor from date of original purchase. Repair by other than PMMI Electronics will void this warranty. Retain the dated bill of sale as evidence of the date of purchase.

EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY SET FORTH IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, PMMI ELECTRONICS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

NEITHER PMMI ELECTRONICS, ITS SUBSIDIARIES, DISTRIBUTORS OR DEALERS, IS LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES HOWSOEVER CAUSED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL LOSS OR DAMAGE INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, EXPENSE OR INCONVENIENCE, HOWSOEVER CAUSED OR ARISING FROM THE USE OR MISUSE OF PRODUCTS. USERS AND CONSUMERS OF PMMI ELECTRONICS' PRODUCTS ASSUME THE FULL RESPONSIBILITY OF INSTALLING AND USING PRODUCTS IN AN APPROPRIATE WAY.

SOME STATES, PROVINCES OR LEGAL JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH RESULTING FROM NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE SELLER, SO THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS AND EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
